Turnkey: space is delivered according to the details specified by each client and AFZ takes care of upgrading the space, based on the plans provided.
Plug and Play: this option provides a fully conditioned space so you can start your operation whenever you like. We have workstations and office spaces. These areas are normally used as temporary locations while other space is being upgraded to be used as the final space.
