We are a Business City with commercial office spaces available for all kinds of companies, adaptable to their needs. We offer our clients support for remodeling, finishes, and customization.
With office spaces constantly shifting, we offer the necessary adaptation of workspaces the clients require. For example, we provide meeting rooms for brainstorming, relaxing lounges, and other amenities where employees can escape routine and take a break.
We have Core & Shell certificates in seven of our buildings. This certification recognizes energy and water efficiency, alternative sources of power, high indoor environmental quality, sustainable development for outdoor spaces, and construction materials with low impact on the environment.
Furthermore, six of our buildings have solar panels and 95% of the facades are designed with energy-efficient glass, that is, more than 45,000 square meters of sustainable infrastructure. A smart use of energy, water, and fossil fuels are key factors to consider when designing our buildings.
In 2020 we built our E23 building, an example of sustainable design, as it incorporates cutting-edge technologies for process automation and resource efficiency. This building also has four office floors and three basements for parking.
Our buildings are also designed to maximize the use of up to 80% of the space available, using lights between separate columns, with adaptability to suspended ceilings or exposed ceilings. In the structural part, we use seismic techniques of international quality, and operating loads are expected to be up to 25% higher than those required for office use.
Additionally, we have three structural systems that adapt to the needs and requirements at the time of construction, which are prefabricated, prestressed and post-stressed.
We also count on BMS control systems to monitor elevators, security cameras, fire alarms, sprinklers, water pumps, conditioning air, and illumination, which allows us to turn off any equipment in disuse remotely. Our buildings are also equipped with automated lighting systems and low water consumption systems for energy and water saving.
To ensure quality in the electromechanical area, we have installed the most advanced technology in electromechanical ducts, electrical and IT rooms, CCTV, energy measurement systems, air conditioning and automated fire suppression. Also, we count on as alarm and automation systems, guidelines, and evacuation routes for additional security.
Our building concept focus on innovation and technology predominates from the construction stage until the operation. We have multiple systems that turn our Business City into a sustainable one in terms of technology.
