Multiuse Building (EMU), located between building E-21 and E-22, in the southern sector of AFZ.

It is an intelligent two-story building with unconventional architecture, inspired by the shape of a leaf. It stands out for the transparency and asymmetry of its high-energy-efficient tempered glass facades.

EMU was built to respond to the need of our clients to have a space for their business and leisure activities, becoming a meeting point with new amenities for the more than 11,000 people who work in the business city.

Its first floor boasts a novel gastronomic center concept to enjoy delicious culinary experiences and a living area that lets people escape the routine through its modern and pleasant spaces. The task of meeting the culinary expectations of its customers will be in the hands of the Portobello, Tico Bowl, Cabo Taco, and Leche de Tigre restaurants.

The second floor of EMU has a construction area of 500 m2 (5,382 f2), conceptualized to hold special events such as conferences, training sessions, and talks, among others. With capacity for 250 people, it has high standard finishes and a variety of facilities such as audio and video systems, robotic cameras, intelligent lighting, and independence of physical spaces for several simultaneous events.
