PROTECTION
MASKS

The final beneficiaries of the protection masks include children from remote areas, older adults, and vulnerable patients suffering from diseases such as cancer.

America Free Zone (AFZ) has donated 6,000 surgical masks to the Chamber of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism of Heredia, which will be distributed to patients who need them, through various social welfare associations in the province.

Melissa Carvajal, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at AFZ, informed that this donation of masks will be of vital importance for people with certain conditions who visit the Heredia Hospital.

“Many people in vulnerable conditions cannot purchase a mask; for that reason, this donation from AFZ is very important,” said Ronald Villalobos, Chairman of the Chamber of Industry, Tourism, and Commerce of Heredia.
